The tool shuffles your entire list with a cryptographic Fisher-Yates shuffle (the gold-standard algorithm for unbiased ordering) and takes the top names — so picking 3 winners from 200 entries is exactly as fair as drawing chits from a bowl, minus the paper cuts. Winners are always unique within a draw, and elimination mode removes them from the list for the next round.
