Which case should you use, and when?

Title Case β€” for titles and headlines (first letter of every word capitalized). Does it work with Bangla text?
Bangla script has no concept of uppercase or lowercase, so Bangla letters stay unchanged. In mixed Bangla-English text, though, the English portion will convert correctly. In snake_case/kebab-case, Bangla words are still joined with underscores/hyphens.
How does Sentence case detect sentences?
The letter right after a dari (ΰ₯€), period (.), question mark (?) or exclamation mark (!) is treated as the start of a new sentence.
